We use Scrum to run our projects collaboratively with our clients. Our project management techniques are designed to reduce stress for clients and Alley staff alike. As a distributed company, we use tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Apps, and Jira, to effectively get our work done without all being in the same place. Building these tools directly into our culture improves everyone’s relationships. Our ultimate goal is to make our clients happy — and have some fun along the way.

We believe in speaking honestly at all times, both internally and externally, and subscribe to the concept of Radical Candor. This means that our team members feel safe and unafraid to speak their minds. We don’t shy away from sharing our thoughts—professionally of course.
